PROCESS ANALYSIS

The OEAS office develops and maintains a high level of capability to assist administrative and academic units with analyzing their processes and operations to identify improvement opportunities. OEAS conducts process analysis by designing studies, collecting and analyzing data, and developing recommendations for dissemination of those results to interested parties in the University community.
